The Role We are hiring Software Developers with 0–2 years of experience to join our India engineering team. This is a full-stack role — you will work on both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (JavaScript / React), building real features for real customers from Day 1. We are looking for people who are passionate, curious, and self-motivated. You don't need to know everything — you need to love learning, take ownership, and never stop asking questions. Tech Stack Backend Ruby on Rails REST APIs, PostgreSQL Background jobs (Sidekiq) Frontend JavaScript / React HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind Responsive UI development Tooling & Practices Git & GitHub Agile / sprint-based workflow What You Will Do Build and ship features across our product using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React Write clean, readable, and well-tested code Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback Work closely with the product and design team to understand requirements and translate them into working software Debug and fix issues — own problems end-to-end Contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions as you grow Learn fast — our codebase will teach you things no textbook can Who We Are Looking For Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience in software development B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field) Strong understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, complexity Familiarity with at least one backend or frontend language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.) Understanding of how the web works — HTTP, APIs, databases Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases Comfort with Git for version control Strong problem-solving mindset — willingness to figure things out independently Nice to Have Prior experience with Ruby on Rails (even via personal projects or tutorials) Exposure to React or any modern JavaScript framework Any deployed project — open source contribution, hackathon project, internship work Familiarity with agile / sprint-based workflows Strong academic record — but we value curiosity and hustle over grades Compensation & Perks We offer competitive fresher compensation benchmarked to the India market.
