Software Engineer

Job Purpose We are starting some projects with Service Now and for this purpose we need developers. Key Decisions / Dimensions Adopt new processes/ improve existing processes to deliver better business solutions. Adhere to quality / info-security guidelines and processes including maintain adequate documentation. Attend review meetings, business user meetings, IT meetings etc. Required Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualifications: B.E/ B.Tech /MCA Skills: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party systems, and optimizing workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing scripts and workflows, and ensuring system performance and security. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ITIL processes are essential. Strong knowledge on App Engine Studio UI Builder env. E2E understanding on Service Now deployment. Require proven abilities to analyze, debug and find solution to technology issues. Should have ability to adopt new development processes and improve existing processes if needed. Required good understanding in SDLC process. Passion to learn and work on any technology. Require good written and spoken communication skills in English. (Knowing Hindi will add advantage). Work Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development with Service Now.
